1. Introduction
Welcome to L’Joyaux Napa Valley Signature Concierge (“L’Joyaux,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website and completing any purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
L’Joyaux Napa Valley Signature Concierge is operated by L&J Signature LLC.
The public offer is a private consultation. The fee is $500, paid before the hour is scheduled. It is non-refundable. It buys the conversation only. It is not a deposit on hotels, tables, cars, or wine. It is not a guarantee that we will take the work.
If we agree to a project after that hour, the $500 is credited toward the project fee. Project fees are set in the consultation. You pay venues, transport, and other vendors directly unless we say otherwise in writing.
Appointments are fifty minutes, by video unless we agree to meet in Napa. If you miss the time, the fee is kept. We will move the hour once if you write at least twelve hours ahead.
We do not sell wine, store wine, or ship wine. We do not book travel except as a registered seller of travel where that work is part of a project we have accepted.
California Seller of Travel CST 2168090-50. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California. This business participates in the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation (TCRC).

2. Liability Disclaimer
- Participation in wine tastings, dining, travel, or other experiences involves inherent risks.
- L’Joyaux is not liable for personal injury, property loss, delays, cancellations, or damages arising from third-party services.
- Our role is limited to coordination and facilitation. By purchasing, you accept these risks.

We respect your privacy. The personal information you provide during checkout (such as name, email, phone number, and billing details) will only be used to:
- Process your purchase.
- Schedule and manage your consultation.
- Communicate with you about services and updates.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., payment processors). By completing a purchase, you consent to this use of your information.
